Love and Grace Home Health was founded in 2023 as a nurse practitioner–led home care and home health company on a simple mission: bring compassion back into home care.
Our Story
Founded in 2023, built on love.
Love and Grace was born out of a nurse practitioner's frustration with impersonal, fragmented home care. We built a company where clinical leadership sits at the bedside — not behind a desk — and where families are treated like family.
Today we serve Indiana families with a full continuum of care, from personal PA hours to complex skilled nursing, with a deep specialty in wound care and edema management.
